Senior Summit 2026: Anchoring the Faith of Our Seniors

Twenty-one high school seniors from across all Chase Oaks campuses just spent a weekend at Lake Lavon Camp and Conference Center … and it was everything we hoped it would be.

Senior Summit 2026 brought these seniors together with Lead Pastor Jeff Jones for a weekend of intentional teaching, real conversation, and the kind of relationships that only happen when you put down your phone and actually show up for each other. That's exactly what these students did.

They tackled some hard but common questions together:

  • What's my purpose?

  • How do I know the Bible is true?

  • If God is good, why does he allow pain and suffering?

  • What do I do about my mental health?

This getaway gave the students space to wrestle with their questions honestly, alongside people who've been there. A live Q&A with college students and recent college graduates kept the discussion practical and relevant to the next chapter ahead. The panel members shared openly about loneliness, time management, and figuring out who you are when nobody's watching.

The summit closed with a dinner that many students named as their favorite moment—not because of the food, but because of who they were sitting with. Students left with friendships they didn't have when they arrived.

One parent described the impact of the weekend this way: "My daughter came back from the retreat energized and inspired in her walk with Jesus, and more equipped and empowered to dive in to what God has next for her."

That's what this is all about. Thank you for giving generously to make Senior Summit accessible and for investing in the faith of the next generation.
